Each apartment is a two storey self-contained unit that features a front terrace and is accessed via a glass panelled sliding door. The whole ground level is an inviting space that integrates a practical kitchen for simple food preparation, a dining and living environment. Stylish furnishings include a modular rattan sofa with cosy cushions, a 4 piece dining table in dark timber and some quirky pieces of artwork decorating the walls. a small bathroom facility is conveniently hidden in an alcove beneath the stairs for the use of guests when entertaining friends.

 

Bedrooms

an inconspicuous staircase leads into the upper domain of the apartment, which is taken up entirely by a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This comfortable air-conditioned retreat features a queen sized bed with matching side tables and soft furnishings in bright shades of colour. Cable television and a DVD player are just some of the modern facilities that give Sunset Terrance a home style ambience. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, rain shower and separate vanity edged in creamy marble.

 

Upstairs

a glass panelled windows captures the first rays of morning sun and bathes the bedroom in natural light. This leads out onto a private terrace overlooking a neighbouring piece of landscape that is generously planted with trees and tropical foliage. The terrace provides a quiet niche to sit and read or just enjoy the evening breeze.
